Serving Humanity · Promoting Sports · Empowering Every Ability
The Manmohan Pawaskar Foundation was established in 2002 with a sincere commitment to serve the poor and needy and to promote Indian sports — especially among children and youth.
Named in memory of Shri Manmohan Pawaskar, the Foundation was founded by Ramakant Manmohan Pawaskar, a lifelong sportsman and resident of Parel, Mumbai. It was born from his lived experience of witnessing the struggles of underprivileged patients and his deep-rooted passion for sports.
Strongly supported by like-minded trustees from the locality, the Foundation has grown into a meaningful force for social welfare and inclusive sports development.
The Foundation emerged from witnessing the struggles of underprivileged patients and a deep-rooted passion for sports — values of compassion, discipline, and social responsibility that continue to inspire every initiative we undertake.
— Ramakant Manmohan Pawaskar, Founder & Managing TrusteeWe envision a world where every child — regardless of physical ability or background — participates actively in sports. We also address the growing concern of screen dependency among mainstream youth by bringing them back onto the playgrounds.
From healthcare support in the early years to pioneering inclusive sports for differently abled children — a timeline of meaningful milestones.
"Driven by experience, united by purpose, and committed to service."
We gratefully acknowledge the individuals whose selfless support and dedication have been instrumental in the success of our initiatives.
The Manmohan Pawaskar Foundation is a duly registered charitable trust operating in full compliance with applicable laws and the highest standards of governance.
